Divorce Coach - Helping you achieve success, every step of the way!

Who is Christina?

Experience and Training:

I have been working as a facilitator of change and executive development coach for more than 25 years, trained as a humanistic psychologist and counsellor in the early 1980’s and then went on to develop skills in N.L.P. (Neuro Linguistic Programming).

I have also been trained to a high level in Clean Language and Symbolic Modelling which was originated by David Groves and has been taken to new frontiers by Penny Tompkins and James Lawley.

I have a diploma in Ericksonian Hypnotherapy and teach self hypnosis for pain relief, relaxation, exam success, stop smoking, shopping addiction, fears and phobias for example.

I bring with me a background in understanding the deep structure of emotions, perception, values and beliefs and I work to raise awareness to what is happening at an unconscious level as part of the transformation process.

On a more personal level.
Having been through a messy divorce myself some years ago, when I did not have the support needed to avoid unnecessary conflict, it took me a while to find out that there is not only life after divorce but also joy, fun and purpose.

After my divorce I discovered that I had been suppressing, my inner thoughts and feelings and once I was free to express myself I began to love and appreciate myself, gain greater confidence in my abilities, self esteem and self worth grew stronger, as I achieved many of my desires.

I have a growing interest in walking and photography and currently have a library of over 2000 photos. I enjoy reading psychological thrillers, drinking Pinot Noir and travelling to unusual and off the beaten track places. ie walking the Appelacian Trail in the U.S. and walking through the night on midsummer night in Iceland.

I have an ongoing interest in people, how they feel, thing and act, I still find learning new people skills a buzz and am a bit of a course addict.

I have a keen interest in learning new things which include, computing, photography, web design, healing and spirituality.

I moved from London to Berkshire in 1999 to be close to my daughter Siobhan, and my two grandsons Jordan who is almost 17 and currently in the throws of young first love and Regan who is nearly 13 and a real live wire.

I feel doubly blessed as I love my work and amount of love and joy I experience in my day to day living from the people I meet and am close too.

I believe that balance between, physical, emotional and spiritual wealth and well-being is key to creating happiness and contentment in life, I am still learning how to balance all three aspects, but finding that balance is easier to create when I am centered and living a healthy lifestyle.

In 2008 May I became the owner of a puppy and over the last year have had to become a fast learner about setting boundaries and expectations, and training for success.  She is a little diva called Lottie May who thinks she knows all the answers to everything.  So what is new for a teenager.
